Versatile

Our work focuses on residential design, from large block complexes to individual buildings of various sizes and funding bases. Interior design is part of our comprehensive approach. We also create diverse preliminary plans as the basis for zoning and development.

Precise

We spend considerable time refining plans in the sketch phase and analyzing the characteristics of the environment. We carefully consider design guidelines, project goals, and regulations and laws related to construction.

Developing

We work as a team. Concepts and plans are developed with the client and internally from sketches to implementation planning. Our passion is to create sustainable and functional architecture.

Quality

Our office is a member of ATL. We apply the ATL quality system model in our operations (license no. 81). We use building information modeling according to the YTV 2012 guidelines.

Professional

We professionally handle building permit processes and negotiations, as well as coordinating plans between different design fields. We also act as BIM coordinators. Our classification in principal and architectural design is exceptionally demanding.

Our details are carefully considered and functional. Building information modeling and site supervision are essential tools we use to ensure a successful outcome.
